We regularly review the listings on our website to prevent potential IP violations. If we find any listings that infringe on third-party intellectual property rights, we will remove them promptly.

However, due to the large volume of products, suppliers, and sellers on our platform, there may be instances where we are unable to detect or prevent every infringement. Therefore, we strongly encourage customers and intellectual property rights holders to collaborate with us. If you believe your intellectual property rights have been infringed, please follow the procedure outlined below.

1. Types of Infringement

We accept complaints related to the following types of intellectual property infringement:

  • Trademark Infringement: Unauthorized use of a trademark that is identical or confusingly similar to a registered trademark on goods that are identical or similar to those covered by the trademark.

  • Other Violations: Any activity that violates local, national, or international intellectual property laws.

2. Complaint Procedure

If you believe your intellectual property rights have been violated, please follow these steps to submit a complaint:

    • A description of the alleged infringement.
    • Your contact information.
    • Proof of your intellectual property rights (e.g., trademark registration, patent number, or copyright ownership details).

  2. Investigation: Upon receipt of your complaint, we will conduct a thorough internal investigation. If we find that the complaint is valid, we will take prompt action to remove or disable the infringing content.
